Q2: What is the standard delivery time?
Generally, we deliver regular machines within 30 days. For standard forklifts, we maintain common parts in stock to ensure a short turnaround time. Special requests are delivered based on confirmed dates.
Q3: Which payment terms do you accept?
We typically work with T/T (30% down payment, 70% before shipment) or L/C (100% irrevocable). In some cases, DP terms are also accepted for long-term partners.
Q4: Which Incoterms 2010 can you handle?
We are an experienced international player and can handle all INCOTERMS 2010 terms, including FOB, CFR, CIF, CP, and DAP.
Q5: How long is your price valid?
Our prices remain stable throughout the year. We only adjust prices if there are significant fluctuations in exchange rates or major increases in labor and raw material costs.
Q6: What logistics options are available for shipment?
We ship via sea (Container or RoRo/Bulk) for most international destinations. For neighboring inland countries, we offer road or railway transport. Urgent spare parts can be sent via international couriers like DHL, TNT, or UPS.
