The frame is designed for welding of steel structure, and the scissor fork structure is welded with thick-walled seamless rectangular tubes, solid and reliable. The scissor fork connection using oil-free bearing with excessive coordination, lifting process without sloshing and noise. The working platform is made of non-skid aluminum plate, with compact structure, safe and stable operation.
The forward and backward running speed of this machine can be adjusted. The lifting system is driven by two single acting hydraulic cylinders and powered by a miniature hydraulic power source. This machine can be stopped at any position to facilitate operation at different heights. When the rail picker moving forward or backward, the working platform can be lifted and lowered at the same time.
