Return Policy

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt. Upon request, Two Guys Lift Parts will issue a Return-Authorization Number. All return merchandise will only be valid if returned with the corresponding Return-Authorization Number and within 30 days from the date of issue of the Return-Authorization Number.

All returns, except for returns involving a Two Guys Lift Parts order or product error, will be subject to a 10% restocking charge per line item so long as the original packaging is still intact and not damaged or opened, otherwise the return will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Customer is responsible for transportation cost for the return, as well as scheduling the shipment with the respective carrier.

Merchandise returned under defective issues will be tested and inspected. If the merchandise is verified to be defective, Two Guys Lift Parts will either offer repaired merchandise (replacement for the defective merchandise may be opted for) at no extra charge or Two Guys Lift Parts will issue a full credit for the defective merchandise which will include freight charges for the return. Merchandise returned as defective, but that is verified to work properly, will be subject to a 25% restocking charge per line item.

Credit will not be issued for merchandise damaged due to corrosive materials, abuse, alteration, or misuse.

2. Return Reason
3. Original Order Number
